Nice room with a comfy king size bed. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. Shared outside space includes gardens, parking area and raised decking with table and chairs. Appliances in shared areas include fridge freezer, cooker, TV, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bills included.

I'm a male resident homeowner looking for a considerate, friendly female lodger to share my home. I appreciate that sharing a home is a personal decision, so I'd like to find someone who feels comfortable with the arrangement.
I work from home, so I'm around the house quite a bit. I enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment and feel that sharing with a female lodger would suit me better in terms of the household dynamic. Mutual respect, privacy and consideration are important to me.

Smokers are welcome but you would need to go outside to smoke. Vaping in the room is fine. Occasional overnight guest possible by prior agreement. Employed or on benefits is fine. I'd like to meet prospective lodgers before agreeing to a let, just to make sure we're both totally happy. You would be welcome to bring someone along with you if coming to view the room and house.
