The location is fantastic, just a short 8 minute walk to New Cross Gate station, with excellent transport links and everything you need close by.
Just 1 stop train journey to London Bridge station.

You’ll be living with a friendly, respectful 70-year-old retired gentleman who is easy-going and welcoming.
This is very much a home, not just a place to stay — a calm, comfortable environment where you’ll be treated with kindness and respect.

Room Details:
A very large, spacious room, fully furnished and comes exactly as seen in the pictures.

This home would best suit working professionals or individuals looking for a peaceful space. It’s not suited to a party-style household — the focus here is a respectful, relaxed and considerate environment.

My dad is not intrusive at all, although he is a smoker he will only be smoking outside the house, and tenants are given their space, but he takes pride in his home and would really value lodgers who will treat it as their own.
