A bright double room thats over looking a garden, in a freindly clean house, thats located on a quiet residential road, thats close to Parks, Resturants and Pubs, with wonderful transport links close to New Cross Gate Train Station and New cross Bus Garage.

Shared bathroom and access to a good sized kitchen, sitting room and garden.

We are looking for a responsible, clean and tidy person whose reasonably sociable and looking for a place to live for a minimum of 6 months, preferably with a few years experience of living in London and enjoys the diverse and multi cultural environment of our wonderful city.

Monday to Friday only lodgings is £625 per month. Full lodgings is £825 per month. Agreement term is 6+ months.
Unfortunately we can not accomodate couples or cater for short term lodgings.
