I’m going abroad and looking for someone to fill my room for a month or two.

I own the property with a friend who also lives here and we have a little foster cat, Boudi. Her boyfriend may also visit but predominantly lives abroad.

The room is a small double room with use of a rail for your clothes and shelving and a shoe rack.

You’ll have full access to the garden via the side gate (although probably not the best season for it) and use of the communal living room / kitchen.

We are both young professionals in our early 30’s and looking for someone similar who is social but as it is a small property not too loud when home.

We are a stones throw away from New Cross Gate overground station which also has a direct train into London Bridge.

The room comes with the bed and mattress, I can leave the bedding if that’s helpful or store it away if you have your own.
