The flat itself is roomy across 2 floors with a large living room and kitchen with a garden.
The flat is near the top of Telegraph Hill (Jerningham Road) with the nearest overground station being New Cross Gate. Brockley & Nunhead are a short walk away for other transport links.
Sharing with me (Dominic), Poppy and Gemma (29-32). Feel like it goes without saying but looking for someone clean and tidy, easy going and friendly blah blah etc :-)!
