I am gutted to be moving out of my home of 2 years. The flat is a 3 bed, and you’d be living with Alex and Valentina (28) who are lovely, clean, busy working professionals and great friends! We enjoy the gym, watching MAFS, cooking, walks around greeenwich park, markets, sunsets on the roof terrace with views over ldn! We all respect eachothers space and down time, but equally enjoy catching up over dinner or breakfast! The room comes furnished and I am selling a couple of additional pieces of furniture.
The location is amazing! Deptford bridge train station is less than a minute walk, loads of buses into town and Peckham, Deptford/St Johns national rail takes you into London Bridge in 15 minutes. The river and cutty sark is a 15 minute walk, likewise the park! Loads of local amenities, late night shops, bars, gyms.
Option to extend the tenancy in August.
