It's a beautiful spacious house with a drive and a garden. Double room available with lots of wardrobe space. Shared living room, open plan kitchen/dining room, toilets up and down stairs. Washer/dryer/broadband. Great kitchen if you like cooking and cosy living room for chilling out.

On the bus route for Derby and Nottingham and 15 min walk to Spondon train station. Not far to the A52, Raynesway, Pride park and the city centre. Local amenities within walking distance - pubs, supermarkets, restaurants
If you like to walk, its not far from the river/canal path.

Price includes all bills. If you are looking for part week or Mon-Fri I can offer a lower rent.

Apart from occasional dinners with friends/family, its a quiet house. .
