I am a young engineer, offering an incredibly modern, comfortable and spacious self contained apartment in Hilton, Derbyshire. This apartment is the second floor of a 3 storey house, with a shared entrance and no other shared areas. My partner and I occupy the first two storeys, and will not access the third at all. *Included in the rent* are all utility bills and use of the washing machine once a week
