Big double bedroom. this is furnished with ikea furniture,. this is NOT your typical shabby room, house or location, its all very clean, tidy and clutter free. bus stops are just 200 yards down the road, train station is a 10 minute walk. by car derby is 20-30 mins depending on where your going. belper is just a 5 minute drive. Nottingham is 30-40 minutes and matlock is 20 minutes drive. iam an easy going person and only ask that the house is kept clean and tidy, no load music blasting out, NO late nights coming in drunk with a bunch of friends, so just some simple rules and we will get along fine, I have fairly high standards so will expect the same in return. you have the use of washing machine, fridge/freezer, kitchen cupboards, lounge, tv, ironing board, nice clean bathroom/shower. wifi, off road parking I will be requiring a bond of £150. if you are a smoker this will be strictly outside whatever the weather. SINGLE OCCUPANCY at all times. you must be in fulltime employment and work a 9-5 ISH job.
