The room is fully furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, cork board and 4 shelved blocks for storage, there is also under the bed storage and a cupboard/draw by the desk.
Shared living area with kitchen, all amenities includes such as a kettle or toaster, fridge and freezer. There is also a TV in their which can be used and linked to personal accounts (for example Netflix)
There is a shared communal space with pool tables, TV's and a PlayStation, a free gym and laundry room.
All bills are included with the weekly cost, there is one more payment on this room as I have paid the previous one until April.
Flat mates are very nice and tidy, we have passed the last 2 surprise health inspections, both are quiet and prefer to keep to themselves but are willing to have a conversation in the kitchen.
