I have a nicely sized double room available to rent in my end of terrace new build house in Belper.
The room comes with a new double mattress, bed frame, 2 bedside tables, and large fitted wardrobe.
The house is triple glazed with solar panels and has a secure parking space with EV charging facilities which will be available to use whenever suits.
The house is situated on a pleasant new build development a short walk from Belper town centre and a 1 minute walk from the nearest bus stop on the A6, which has regular transport to Matlock and Derby city centre.
There is a south facing garden at the rear and washing facilities available.
I am a live in landlord and very easy going. I work Mon-Fri between 9am - 5pm.
