I am a young engineer, offering an incredibly modern, comfortable and spacious self contained apartment in Hilton, Derbyshire. This apartment is the second floor of a 3 storey house, with a shared entrance and no other shared areas. My partner and I occupy the first two storeys, and will not access the third at all. *Included in the rent* is a room clean by a professional cleaner every fortnight and all bills also included.
