Great location for East midlands airport and also very experienced with Ryanair cadets. Quiet house which is great for cadets to study. It's 10 minutes by bus which runs 24/7 and is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. There is a bus to Derby 24/7 . The M1, M42 and A50 are also in a 5 minute reach . We have cash points and a post office. We also have many local shops and plenty of resturants, 4 Indians which deliver and eat in , Chinese take away , 2 fish and chip shops one with a restaurant .There are also a slection of pubs in the village that also do food including fresh cooked pizza.
There is a small gym also.
The accomadation is a three bedroom house one room with myself in as I am the owner. I have 1 rooms to let. One being a double with chest of draws and rail for hanging, desk and chair if needed as i do have Ryanair pilots that request this for study.
There is Wifi so no problem for internet connection which is included. The bathroom is not ensuite to the room but will be yours as I have my own .The kitchen is shared. The house is very clean and tidy and a friendly enviroment to live in. Please email me for more information and i will be happy to accomadate. None smokers only at my accommodation.
