A fully furnished double room is available in GWP Didcot in a semi-detached 3-bedroom house with three floors (ground, first and second). The available room is on the first floor and has a wardrobe, bedside table and desk. The house is right next to a corner shop, Asda, a community centre and bus stops. The X35 and X34 buses go to Harwell Campus and Wantage, and the X2 and 32A buses to Milton Park. Milton Park is about 2 miles, Harwell is about 5 miles, and Didcot railway station is about a mile away. Abingdon/Culham is 7 miles away, and Oxford is 13 miles away. The rent is fully inclusive of all bills, including WiFi access and council tax.
The house is very spacious and clean, with a large kitchen and living room, both of which will be shared. The pictured bathroom will be shared with one other person. It is currently occupied by two females. We are very easygoing and sociable, and want our new lodger to feel at home. The house has a garage which can be used for small storage, e. g. a bike or suitcase, and contains an additional large freezer. We are looking for a responsible person who is also quiet, clean, sociable, and considerate. I can arrange a virtual or in-person viewing of the house. The property has a cleaning rota to ensure the house is regularly cleaned and kept tidy by everyone.
Please contact me via the SpareRoom messaging system, and I will reply within four hours. I have been renting rooms in my house for over 8 years.
Thanks.
