This is a quiet, settled flat for people who work full time, value their own space and largely do their own thing. If you're after a lively, sociable flatshare, this won't be the one for you. It'll suit someone in their thirties or older.

I keep the place clean and tidy and I'd expect the same from whoever moves in.
