I’m looking for a tidy, respectful and easy-going male flatmate to move into my spare room from mid-December.

A little bit about me – I’m 27, work locally as a professional and enjoy keeping active, whether that’s going for a run, hitting the gym or getting out and about. I’m also a sociable person who enjoys a good balance between having my own space and socialising with the people I live with. Always happy to head to the pub for a pint or two!

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and takes pride in keeping the flat clean and tidy. It would be great to find someone who is happy to have a chat and socialise now and again, while also respecting each other’s space and routines.
