TENANCY TAKE OVER !
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a very spacious house in the withington area. You’ll be living with 6 other house mates. All the current house mates are very friendly. You will have great local transport links (bus <10 min away & Train <15 min & tram <20 min) and are close by to all the bars along and shops along burton road. Great living room with PlayStation and TV included :) 2 rooms in the house going up for takeovers so the house provides a great opportunity for you to move in with a friend.
£690 a month INCLUDING BILLS and FORTNIGHTLY cleaning provided. Please message me for any more information you would like or to arrange a viewing.
