Hi! We're looking for a third housemate to join us in our top floor flat on Palatine Road.

It's a really nice flat, ideally located:
- 5 minute walk to Withington baths
- Next to a few bus stops going into town (42/43/142/143)
- Close by to shops (Sainsbury's local and co-op)
- Very close to the red lion so going for a pint is convenient!
- Didsbury is walkable (~15 mins) for food/drinks
- 5 minute walk from West Dids tram stop
- The flat has parking

You'd be living with me and Frankie - we're both professionals who work in healthcare science nearby at The Christie. We're both easygoing and friendly, and looking for someone who's wanting a friend as well as a housemate! I'm into gym, hiking, gaming, and going to gigs. Frankie is outdoorsy too, also likes music, likes to go watch football and has recently got into knitting.
We both like to go out and socialise but also appreciate a night in too.

Rent is £483 per month, which doesn't include bills. I've got the bills all already set up under my name and it should add around another £100 per month, so ~£583 in total.

Ideally we're going to renew for a 12 month tenancy, but would be willing to renew on a rolling monthly contract if you didn't want to commit to a full year.

The living space is nice, our lounge gets a lot of light as we have a skylight. No garden unfortunately as we're top floor but there's some nice green space nearby (Fog lane park).

The bedroom is a decent sized double, has a double bedframe, mattress, drawers and wardrobe already. We've also got a desk currently sat in the lounge we're not using which you could put in the room too.

The pics are a mix of ones from before I moved in initially and the house now.

Looking for someone who can move in ideally on the 15th of May or as close as possible after that, as that's when our tenancy renews.
