We have a good-sized double room available immediately in our 5-bed house in West Didsbury.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and built-in shelving, so it’s ideal if you work from home or just want a comfortable space of your own. You’ll share a modern bathroom with one other housemate.

The house has plenty of shared space including a lounge, large kitchen, and separate dining area, plus a good-sized garden.

We’re 4 sociable and respectful housemates (3 girls and 1 boy, aged 23–27). We like going to the pub together for drinks, watching football, as well as having chilled nights in, and everyone keeps the place tidy and easy to live in.

The location is great, less than a 10-minute walk to Burton Road tram stop and close to regular bus links into town, as well as all the bars, cafés, and shops in West Didsbury and Didsbury Village.

There’s on street parking too if you drive!

Bills usually come to around £100 per month.
