A lovely detached house with a large 4 car drive on a quiet street near The Christie. The property has a great sized bedroom with large fitted wardrobes and multiple windows.
The total rent is inclusive of all bills including a cleaner that comes every fortnight to do the whole house, sky TV, council tax, WiFi, water/electricity and log burner in winter. This is a calm house that I’ve made a home and it’s super cosy in the winter.

Bedroom is mostly unfurnished, there is currently a desk in there and a sofa bed so you’re free to furnish it how you would like as I can remove these.

Looking for an easy going professional person, who looks after their home and is sociable. I’m apart of the LGBT+ community, but you don’t have to be.

There is the best friendly dog in the world here part time, a few months at a time, so have to be happy with dogs. Loves to cuddle on the sofa.

I go to the gym most days and work 2 jobs, one of them is hybrid. I love to go to new restaurants, go to live events and go on dog walks.
