We are a house of 3 girls looking for a 4th to replace our housemate who is moving out. Rent £600 and bills are ~£100. Close to Burton Road so tram stop, shops, bars and cafes only a short walk away! We are a tidy sociable bunch who love a cosy night as well as a boogie and a pint! Ideally looking for a friend, not just a housemate :)
