My flatmate is moving out on 9th October so the room is available to move into on the 10th.

Pretty good central location - 5 min walk to Christie/bus stop, 10 min walk to Withington high street. Sub 5 min walk to fog lane park, 15 min walk to burnage train station and 20 min walk to west Didsbury/burton road tram stops.

Parking also available at no extra cost - also plenty of on street parking (need a permit but that is easy enough to sort out once you’re on the council tax bill)

Rent is £450, bills are coming out at around £200 a month, so £650 but possibly budget for £700
