Hello, our housemate is moving out of our house share in Withington to move in with her boyfriend so we’re looking for a new housemate!!

It’s a gorgeous sunny house with a garden, plenty of storage, space for a bike, free on street parking and great transport links.

Rent is£615 pcm and council tax + bills come to around £110 on top of the rent.

It’s really social house, shared by 3 girls 23-24 all professionals. We love baking, running, having chill nights in and going to the pub too.
