As a family we are renting out one of our spare rooms for someone (or a couple) wishing to stay midweek.

The room is furnished with a view across the large garden. All bills are included and use of the kitchen is welcomed. We can provide meals/food for an additional cost.

We have super fast WiFi, Sky, Netflix, Disney+ and Apple TV. There is a TV in the room to access all of this free of charge. If additional study/work space is needed, this can be provided in the shared study.

We have 2 dogs and a cat. Any caged reptiles, birds, fish etc are welcome but not other dogs and cats.

We are a 15-20 minute walk to Diss train station and have a food shop within walking distance too. Secure parking is available for up to 2 cars. Electric car charging is also available at an additional cost.

Costs are based on a single occupant. If you are a couple, the cost would be £160 per week.
