Hi there my name is Courtney I am a single 26 year old living alone, I have a 3 bedroom home I am in the middle of decorating at the moment to move into a different room. The room I’m currently in will be free from February. It is quite spacious and fits a double bed. It has a built in 2 door wardrobe and a few cupboards and under bed drawers but would be happy for you to have this decorated to your liking. I am based in skellow on Crossfield lane. It’s quite a nice street and a nice forest walk 2 minutes from the house. I have WiFi with Amazon prime TV and Netflix and I also have a small tv which can be used in your room however it would require a fire stick as it’s not a smart tv. I have a very spacious back garden and front garden however parking is out on the road or grass as I have no driveway. I have a washing machine and 2x fridge freezers, oven, cooker and microwave however there is no tumble dryer or dishwasher. I have a part time cat that comes to stay when she pleases. I have a small bath and shower however the shower pressure is very hit and miss and hopefully will get this fixed after the new year. I like to have my friends and family come for the occasional takeaway nights or sometimes have girls night with cheeseboards on weekends which you would be welcome to join us I usually like to have everyone gone by 11 so I can settle down however I have a family party 2-3 times a year which tends to go on till early hours of the morning and I usually have family over through the Xmas period. I’m quite friendly and easy going a little bit spiritual so hopefully you won’t mind me burning sage and incense now and then. I work from home a few days a week and I love cooking. If you wanted to come for a coffee and a tour of the house so you can get a feel of the place you would be welcome 🙏🏼
