This is room 3 of a 5 bedroom/5 bathroom modern SHARED HOUSE. It is a luxury furnished double room with ensuite shower room in a central Cleethorpes shared house. Beautifully furnished with modern accessories and close to the beach, railway station and shops, bars and entertainment venues.
This ensuite double room is decorated in modern colours and includes good quality furniture, colourful bedding, big flat screen TV, and accessories all provided in your rent with the room!
Your ensuite comprises of a shower cubicle, wash basin, wc with accessories including bath mats, soap dish, toilet brush holder etc.
The modern fitted kitchen has everything you need for cooking and storing your food. All utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and more are provided for all tenants to use. There is plenty of storage, two fridges and a large freezer. A washer and separate dryer is also provided for all of your laundry needs.
After a long day it's sometimes nice to unwind and socialise with your other housemates. So we have included a communal living area with enough seating for everyone, a coffee table and a large 43 inch flat screen tv next to the kitchen.

The house is double glazed and centrally heated throughout and all utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent price. To help keep the house is a good condition the shared areas of the house are cleaned twice a month.
