I'm offering a large double room with king size bed within a vast 4000 sq ft detached house. My home is situated within a quiet gated community of just four homes on the southern outskirts of Gainsborough. Parking is available in my underground car port and a rail station, bus stops and a supermarket (Aldi) are all within 5 minutes walk.
The property has a garden, patio and terrace for relaxation. The furnished accommodation includes a separate large bathroom. Other space, such as office space, could be made available if required. Ideal for those working from home or outside normal hours. Monthly cost could be negotiable. It's mandatory to mention my Council Tax Band, which is F - ouch! As a male, the site moderators insist I give a reason for having a preference for a female lodger, so here goes. As a general rule, I do not enjoy male company., and indeed do not hold many males in high regard. In large part I have often found them immature, disrespectful, uncultured, and often misogynistic in their dealings with women. For the last three decades all my friends and acquaintances have been females of much younger ages than me and I have been very comfortable with that. I might consider shorter tenancies on a pro rata basis. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested - I don't bite!
