Hi there my name is Cheryl
I have an extra large double room in my family home avaliable from the 1st April
It's a large 5 bed house in close proximity to the M18.
The room has lots of storage, including an large double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. It also has a very comfy double bed.
My home has everything you would need and is in a very quiet area.
There is WiFi, Sky Q tv with Netflix which is included. The house has a large family bathroom which has a bath and rainfall shower & is only used by a gentleman who is lodging with me at present.
Im looking for someone who is friendly and responsible. Who will respect my home and look after it as if it were their own.
Ideally I would prefer a female tenant.
My house may not be perfect, but it's got a lot of heart.
Must be a none smoker.
If you like dogs thats a definite bonus as mine are friendly and like a fuss.

I understand that people's circumstances change, so unlike most landlords, I don't have a lengthy contract. Just a minimum of 1 month. And if things change, I ask for 2 weeks notice.
