The Space & Atmosphere
This isn't a "transient" house-share. This is my home and I enjoy sharing the space with the right people, male or female, any age. I like the house to have a feeling of space, yet be warm and inviting. The interior is quite contemporary. My current lodger has been with me for ten years, which speaks to the relaxed and secure environment here. I enjoy good conversation on any subject, but I also completely respect the importance of having your own space and peace.

Your Room: A cozy, furnished bedroom with fresh linens, towels, and a 36 inch wall-mounted TV with a variety of streaming networks.

The House:
You’ll have full use of the home, including a modern kitchen and a "day room" with a dining table, desk, desktop computer & professional large format printer and plenty of books. Shared bathroom. with a shower over the bath.

A relaxing tv lounge, computer station with your own log on detals so its totally secure

Outside:
A small, very private garden with wooden decking, decorative gravel, sun lounger and furniture—perfect for relaxing.

Practicalities:
High-speed Virgin Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, central heating, and parking right outside. I'm out most days eve, so its an ideal siuation for those who work from home, extra additions can be added such as shelves in your bedroom as required,

Location;
A nice, quiet residential area close to town, with a bus service just a 2-minute walk away.

The Ideal Person/Couple
Age & gender doesn't matter—character does. I’m looking for someone who is easy-going and house-proud. I also have two cats who spend most of their time outdoors, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly!
