Spacious double room in quiet rural village. The room has just been decorated and includes a lovely double bed plus furnishings (see pictures). There's a shared bathroom, living room (with TV and dart board) plus fast wifi and kitchen with cooker and microwave. The west facing garden is sunny and has a BBQ and firepit. Bills, including Council Tax, are included.

I'm looking for an easy going housemate of similar age who doesn't mind sharing chores.
