Now that our children have grown up and left home we have too much space and feel that our property could be enjoyed by a family of up to four people, while we also live on-site but in a separate part of the combined building. With access to 3 bedrooms, and use of the lounge, dining room and back garden, this space would offer beautiful accommodation in rural surroundings. Access to a shared kitchen and utility room can be made on an agreed timing basis, so jointly living in this space can be both communal by agreement, but we get our own space too as best fits our lodgers requirements (we are happy to be flexible and keen to share our home with people who would enjoy it). The property is band F for council tax. The monthly payment includes a once a week cleaning service at no extra cost. Bills to be shared proportionately. "We are offering a premium, highly flexible short-term lodging option for a family needing 2–6 months of accommodation. Lodgers will have full run of 3 bedrooms, their own bathroom, and the main living areas. While we live on-site in an attached annex with our own bathroom, we provide a weekly cleaning service across the whole property. To give our lodgers maximum privacy, we will not use the main kitchen for cooking during your stay, though it remains a shared structural part of our primary home."
