The rooms available are large double rooms . Excellent views over the Clent Hills and very privately located in a gated development - Security code access.

There is a Top floor bathroom which is fitted with a power shower and ceramic bath & ample storage.

There is parking.

Within walking distance of the house there are numerous bars, shops and restaurants.

The geography of the house means it is also on the belt of the beautiful worcestershire countryside, so the best of both worlds!

The house is also centrally located for Birmingham, Dudley, Cradley Heath, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester and Sandwell.

. The layout of the house means that each floor is very spacious & separate which allows for privacy for each tenant.

Zowie met me for my viewing and showed me around. The room was immaculate as was the rest of the house and garden.
She explained everything to me and I moved in a week later.
It was a lovely place to live, very quiet, spacious and an ideal place for commuting to work. Train station 1 min walk.

I had a wonderful experience here at this comfortable and quiet, clean house share with three other residents. Great location and appointed facilities within the property. Great location for walking in the countryside on the doorstep.
