Situated on Upland Road in between Peckham Common and Dulwich park. All bills included in the PCM. Closest transport links are Peckham Rye, East Dulwich, Honor Oak or Forest Hill Overlands.

The room includes a storage double bed, built in wardrobe and large chest of drawers. It is situated at the back of the flat, overlooking the back gardens of neighbouring houses.

There is free parking on the road outside the flat and I own the small front garden. There is a small garden storage shed if you have a small or folding bike.

Sharing with myself the live in landlord (female, 43) and one other housemate in the smaller room. I would like to offer the room to someone chilled, tidy and clean.

The flat is also home to two adopted stray cats (male and female) and a rescue dog.

Council tax band and all bills are covered in cost of room.
