Hi there, I’m Astha and I have a spare room in my 3 bedroom house. It’s a double room, fully furnished and ready to move into.

I am a working professional with a pet dog and live in the house alone. I am open to short term lets - I prefer to see how we get on to decide a long term arrangement.

I work from the office 4 days a week so if you work from home, you will have the space to yourself. There is a library and a cafe a few mins walk away if you prefer to work from an outside space.

Usually I go to the gym, BJJ and have hobbies after work or like to come home and cook in the evenings.

I have pretty busy weeks so at weekends I tend to chill, walk the dog and see some friends.

I'm happy to socialise here and there, I’m laid back and like to enjoy a peaceful home that’s clean and tidy.

I prefer someone who has their own life, is also busy and respects the home they live in.

The flat is 3 mins walk from Sydenham Hill station, 15 mins walk to Gypsy hill both on different lines - to Victoria, Overground and other mainline services.

My Neighbours are great and it’s a quiet area with lots of green spaces around including Crystal Palace Park and Dulwich Woods.
