I am a live in landlord looking to rent my one of the double bedrooms out.

It’s a cracking 800 sq ft flat with a new kitchen and a large terrace overlooking Peckham Rye Park!

Only 10 minute walk to Peckham Rye station and less than 5 minutes to all the bars and restaurants (both Peckham and East Dulwich).

The bedroom is a very generous double with a fitted wardrobe.

Personally I’m very easy going, work quite long hours in the office but do chill some evenings in the living room.

All bills are included including wi fi, Netflix and cleaner ever other week.

Looking for someone chilled out, looking to enjoy the flat like I do!
