Easy 15 minutes access to London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, as well as Canary Wharf, with London Overground also nearby.

I am looking for a second occupant for one double bedroom in a 2-bed flat. The apartment is a beautiful flat in a secure and and double. entry property within a two storey development. Access is via steps or a lift and grounds are well maintained.

The room is available shortly; will prefer anyone looking to commit quickly rather than just browsing for now. I will consider £998 per month for single use, and £1195 for two sharers/couple, including all bills and council tax, plus a refundable deposit of 1000. I will. consider pets on a case by case basis with an additional monthly surcharge to be discussed.

I am. looking for someone who can ideally commit for min 3 months (will consider shorter term on a case by case basis) and you need to give me 4 weeks notice when you want to leave or if you need to renew at the end of your initial contract.

I work at a university in SW London and work sometimes from home but generally the flat is a quiet one and suitable for rest and relaxation after a long day, not for partying or loud music.

I am an easy going, friendly and sociable person who is easy to get along with; I like to keep a tidy house and environment - but I am not one to fuss about dishes not been put away overnight.
