Incredible room in an East Dulwich 8 bed Victorian house available from May 1st - Mid September (we’d have to discuss) I’m on an exchange abroad and I need someone to come fill my room! breaks my heart because I love this room & house and I know you will too!
The house is all girls but open to all , we are all clean tidy chill people. We are very relaxed but respectful people and maintaining that is important. We’re quite social but also like our own space, you’re never lonely here and if you’re just moving to the city and looking friends this could be a great start!
This room also offers a private upstairs kitchen or, if you prefer, the more social downstairs kitchen where you’ll be with the other flatmates!
Two bathrooms , one upstairs and one down and a huuuge beautiful garden! Fantastic Victorian window in room with view of Barry Road.
Has some storage (pictures coming) so £20 is taken off rent monthly , shouldn’t be an issue.
Really good spot right next to Peckham rye, Forest Hill, etc. 10 mins from Peckham Rye station and about 25 mins from central whilst being a quite and safe neighbourhood. Get 12 and 197 from right outside the house. East Dulwich village a 10 minute walk away. A safe haven amongst the chaos of the city.
Bills usually come to about £80 a month which will be paid to respective housemates.
The pictures quite honestly don’t do this room and house justice. Everyone that walks into our house falls in love! You will be happy here! Dm me with any questions I’m here to help x
Sorry, the room is no longer available
