A double room available in a 2-bed flat with a garden, beside Peckham Rye park - it’s around a 10 min walk to both Peckham Rye/East Dulwich station. The flat is on a private garden square, which we have the key to. It’s in a homely, quiet neighbourhood, with free parking and bicycle sheds.

I would like to find someone who will keep the place homely, clean and tidy with me, enjoys a quiet morning/eve in together but also likes their own space. I’m out of the flat a fair bit, quite active, work in journalism, and also enjoy relaxing in the flat with a film/series/dinner etc.

The room is available from April, but we have flexibility so should be able to work something out. The rent is £1,050/pcm, excluding bills.
