There is a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
I work away a lot, so you will mostly have the flat to yourself. My daughter also uses the flat, but only on occasion when back from university.
Bills are included except for gas and electricity, as this is on a prepayment meter.
The area is very nice, with Dulwich village and Lordship lane being just a ten minute walk.
