Hi I've got an en-suite double to let out with big built in wardrobe in my 3 bed townhouse in east dulwich to live with me and my cats Zachie & Miu Miu and my lodger who is only 2 days a week Tues/Wed. I am also subletting my bedroom for a month 20th Jan-20th Feb inclusive while I go travelling.

Bedroom 1 (1st floor): Ensuite double, Large Wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and double bed. £950pcm (1st month 800pcm if cat feeding loads)

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): Subletting my bedroom which is huge. My stuff will still be in there which is reflected in the price but will clear out a wardrobe and chest of drawers. You'll share the bathroom on 1st floor with Andrea who stays twice a week (lives in bedroom 3)

House has all mod cons, washing machine, dish washer, Broadband, Netflix, prime, Now. Gated development, cleaner every 2 weeks.

Well situated practically opposite dulwich leisure centre, less than 5 mins walk from shops and restaurants of lordship lane. 8 mins walk from east dulwich station & 7 min bus ride from Peckham rye. Various buses stop nearby 40, 185, 176, 484, 37, 360, 363, 78, 12.

I’m 45 young at heart, friendly female who has spent last 20 years working in fashion merchandising, with recent time out. Have travelled extensively & am pretty chilled out- like to have a laugh. Looking for someone who is friendly and chilled and happy to live with cats and feed them while not there.
