Housemate (male 37) is a really respectable and lovely musician so there are lots of musical instruments to play with and you will discover the musician in you when you have a jam with him plus he can get you guest list when you feel like going dancing!

Generally it’s a very calm space, easy to work from and a great spot for green spaces in the city
