Hey 😊 some of us are sadly moving out so looking for to take our room

The house is really nice, we have a large living room with a side room. We have a large open plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There is a nice conservatory with a really big garden with a seating area and barbeque, plus an apple and a pear tree as a bonus. We have a larger bathroom with a bath/shower and a smaller bathroom with a shower. We have 3 rooms available that all come with double beds and a desk if you work from home.

It's a friendly house with plenty of space to socialise

We rent through Foxtons so it would be taking over our lease that currently runs to the 6th of October. Our landlady is super friendly, we have a WhatsApp chat with her and she sorts out any problems with the house straight away.
