We're three friends (noah, michael, robin) looking for a fourth housemate! We've just moved in and it's a lovely property (once you get used to the blue walls).

There's two bathrooms (one with a bathtub!), a decent sized living room/dining room and a kitchen with everything you need. There's also a big old garden out the back we've just planted lots of flowers and things in which will be great over summer.

The bedroom looks over the garden and gets great light during the day. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There's actually a few wardrobes in at the moment as you'll see in the pictures, but we can move one or two out if you want more space.

We're right next to East Dulwich station and a short walk/bike/bus from Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye station for the overground so it's easy to get anywhere. We're also right near a big sainsbury's, several yuppie coffee shops and (vitally) Morley's.

The three of us all work full time. Michael works for a music agency and Noah and Robin work as freelance videographers/editors.

We're looking for someone to sublet from the start of May (or sooner) until the beginning of October. Send us a message and a bit about yourself if you're keen to come look at the room!
