Beautiful, light double room in 2 bed ground-floor flat in the heart of East Dulwich available for a 3 month sublet - potential to extend to 4

We're looking for a young professional, preferably 30's but open to the right person. As long as they are clean, respectful, and want to use the house as a home rather than just a room in a house. The best part about the flat is the huge garden, where you can enjoy the last weeks of summer.

You'll be living with the wonderful Alex, who is probably the best flatmate you could ask for. Not only is he clean and considerate but he is super fun, friendly and welcoming and always up for an after work wine in the garden.

10-15 min bus/20 minute walk to Peckham Rye station, 20 minute walk to East Dulwich Station, 5 minutes walk from the Rye and East Dulwich park, and all of East Dulwich's incredible pubs within a 5-10 minute walk!

From Alex:

I’m Alex, 33, and I work in property across South London. Outside work you’ll usually find me running, cycling, exploring London, trying new restaurants or heading out with friends. I enjoy a good balance between being out and about and spending relaxed evenings at home – it’s such a lovely flat to unwind in, especially out in the garden during the warmer months.

I’m easy-going, tidy and considerate, and I like the flat to feel calm, welcoming and lived in rather than just somewhere to crash. I’m always happy to have a chat over a coffee or a glass of wine, but I’m equally respectful of personal space and downtime.

I’m also part of the LGBTQ+ community, so it’s important that whoever moves in is open-minded, respectful and inclusive. I want the flat to be a safe, welcoming home where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.
