Looking for a new flatmate! (Girls only please🦭)

My flatmate is sadly moving out, and so I am looking for someone to join me as a joint tenant in a lovely 2-bed 2-bath flat in East Dulwich/Peckham Rye.

The room is available from November 24th, or alternatively December 24th (my flatmate is open to moving on either date)

The bedroom is a cozy double, with a private bathroom. It comes semi furnished with a bed and small bedside unit, alongside a wardrobe and many shelves for storage. There’s a shared kitchen and lounge area with a TV :)

Rent: £925 per month plus bills, average of 120-140 per month

Deposit: £1050

Move in Date: Between December 24th and 31st (Rent and deposit must be paid on the 25th of December)

Location: The flat sits right on the edge of East Dulwich next to Peckham Rye Park. It is the top floor flat above a cute little shop. The park is beautiful, large and lovely for walks across the year. The road is full of amenities, and is home to a few lovely cafes/brunch spots, a co-op, a great pub, 2 corner stores, a pharmacy, a doctors/group practice. Seriously what more could you want. The 63 bus can take you from our door to Peckham Rye station in 5 minutes, and travels through elephant and castle, blackfriars up to St Pancras and King’s Cross. It’s a very well connected and convenient bus service. It’s a 15 minute walk into the centre of East Dulwich, and a 20-25 min walk to East Dulwich or Honour Oak station.

A bit about me: Hi! I’m Kate, I’m 24 and work in a bakery :) I also do some volunteering in theatre production!! I moved here in June, and I’m looking for a friendly, easy going housemate of a similar age. I’d love to live with someone who would be down for the occasional movie/binge night, a chat over dinner and overall would like to make the house a home :) I want to start decorating properly soon, so I’m completely open to collaborating on that!! I’m also very open to pets, except we don’t have a garden for a dog :( )
