I love running, sailing, anything that involves a mountain and live music. I'm friendly, generally happy, up for a chat and the odd shared dinner, but I also value quiet time after a manic work day — and I'd respect the same for you.

The house itself is a real gem: a bright, open-plan kitchen and living space with skylights and doors out to the garden, plus a second cosy lounge with a bay window and log burner for winter evenings. It's stylish, spacious, full of character (and plants!), and genuinely feels like a home. The room is bright and airy with lovely natural light, and comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc,

The location is hard to beat: a short stroll to Lordship Lane's independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, with Peckham Rye Park and Dulwich Park both nearby for weekend wanders — perfect running territory too. East Dulwich station is minutes away for quick links into London Bridge, and Peckham Rye (Overground) is also within easy walking distance.
