The landlord family live on the first and second floor of this mid century terraced town house in a popular leafy private road in a safe, residential area. The community are friendly and we are an easy going household.

We own a dog (black Labrador) who is very friendly and would love to meet you!

Laundry facilities are on the ground floor.

Transport links are very good.
The property is a 5 minute easy walking distance from West Dulwich station (trains to Victoria/Bromley shopping centre) Trains from Tulse Hill go to London Bridge, and from Herne Hill [a short bus ride away] go to the City via Thameslink.

The number 3 bus goes to Brixton underground and is outside our home.

The area has lovely parks and amenities such as a variety of cafes, pubs, shops and services. There is a sports centre within a 10 minute walk or 5 minute cycle ride, and an art gallery [Dulwich Picture Gallery] also very close by. Brockwell park with its annual festival and open air Lido swimming pool are a short walk away.
