Double bedroom available for 3 months (April-June 2026) in large and spacious garden flat in the heart of East Dulwich. Flat is a kilometre from Peckham Rye common, and less than 0.5km from Dulwich Park. A local Sainsbury's is round the corner, as are multiple great pubs. Lordship lane runs from the top of our road, and we are less than a 10 minute walk from the Picturehouse.

Current housemate includes kind and friendly female housemate, Pip and her black and white cat, Jarvis.

The house is calm, relaxed and roomy. Pip enjoys watching TV together, running in local Dulwich Park, cooking and chatting. But also understands the need for quiet time. The flat is spacious, with the vacant room at the front of the property and second bedroom midway through the flat. The lounge is big and bright and we have a second sofa room with doors out onto the garden - so two living rooms essentially.

Pip works in Brixton Mon-Thurs and is generally at home on Fridays. Weekends we come and go, but often share a glass of wine or meal together. Jarvis is calm and either found exploring the sizeable garden or sleeping in his basket. Possible shared interests consist of good TV & film, nature and wildlife, mindfulness, meditation & yoga, comedy, walking and hiking, reading and having a good chat!

The let is 3 months but if you need to stay a couple of weeks longer, we can negotiate something.

Transport:
Number 12 & 197 bus stops outside flat - taking you into Peckham and/ Forest Hill. And as far as Oxford Circus.

Forest Hill, Peckham Rye & Denmark Hill Overground stations 10-15 bus ride away. With connections to Victoria, Central & East London.
