Come and share my spacious and modern home. This room is downstairs in the extension so it's more private than the other rooms. All bills included. Cleaner also included, so no chores. There are two living rooms, 1.5 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, garden and outhouse that is being made into our own pub. My other room is occupied by a lovely teacher. Open to flexible lodger agreements - just ask.

Someone with the same working hours as us preferred (9-5pm Mon-Fri) as saves on energy use. Would suit a professional or sensible student. Female preferred. Must be tidy and clean. A liking for dogs and openmindedness is essential.
