I am preferably looking for a professional person / professional student to rent my spare room. I’d prefer someone female, around my age; either a little older or younger (20-40).

I will be living within the house but there is plenty of room for you to have your own space.

You will have your own private bathroom complete with toilet, sink, shower and bath. There is a good size garden with patio and decking. I have a garage with plenty of storage space. There is driveway parking.

My house is in a quiet housing estate approx 1.25 miles from the centre of town with good transport links and amenities very close by.
